By accessing or using letRetro ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including but not limited to team members, administrators, and visitors.
2. Description of Service
letRetro provides an AI-powered retrospective platform for IT teams. Our services include AI-driven analysis, MCP integrations, CLI tools, code extensions, and real-time collaboration features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Accounts may not be shared across organizations without authorization.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. This includes not introducing malware, attempting to breach security, or using the Platform to store illegal content.
5. Data Handling
letRetro processes retrospective data, team information, and integration metadata as described in our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data.
6. Limitation of Liability
letRetro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the six months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required otherwise by law.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. Users will be notified of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
