We collect information you provide directly: account details (name, email, organization), team configuration data, retrospective content, and integration preferences. We also collect usage data such as feature interactions and performance metrics to improve the Platform.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to operate, maintain, and improve letRetro. AI analysis processes retrospective content to generate insights. We do not use your data to train models for unrelated purposes. Usage metrics help us optimize performance and develop new features.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers (e.g., cloud infrastructure, analytics) who are bound by confidentiality agreements. Data may be disclosed if required by law or to protect our rights.
4. Data Security
We implement encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access controls, regular security audits, and SOC 2 compliance measures are in place. However, no method of transmission is 100% secure.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation, data is securely deleted within 30 days. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days. Retrospective data may be anonymized for aggregate analytics after deletion.

8. Third-Party Integrations
When you connect third-party services (Slack, GitHub, Linear, etc.), data is shared in accordance with their privacy policies. Review each provider's policy before connecting. MCP integration data is processed in real-time and not stored beyond operational necessity.
