Dhanush is an engineer, bootstrapping LetRetro to simplify agile workflows. With a background in AI, software development, and community building, he loves turning ideas into products. Outside tech, he's a foodie, motorhead, and explorer at heart.

Why LetRetro exists
When I worked at NVIDIA, I was literally feeling lag. Maintaining kanban boards, tracking tickets, organizing everything — it was a constant drag. I was deep into building, testing, and attending stand-ups. The last thing I wanted was to document everything and maintain the sprint spirits.
And I wasn't alone. Most of the engineering team felt the same way. This created a gap — between the engineering team and the product team. Engineers focused on shipping code, product wanted visibility and documentation. The bridge was missing.
That's when I built a kanban board to simplify retrospectives — for the engineering team and the product team alike. I showed the MVP to my senior product manager. He looked at it and said, “Hell, now it's time for documentation.”
I didn't want to spend hours curating templates. So I built templates that auto-document everything — from retro to post-mortem docs, summary docs, keep on track reports. I built LetRetro to be cool for engineering and useful for product.
It works. We started in July 2025.
