Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your letRetro subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.

2. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis for technical issues preventing service usage.

3. Annual Plan Refunds

Annual subscriptions canceled within the first 30 days are eligible for a pro-rated refund of the remaining months. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but remain active until the end of the paid term.

4. Data After Cancellation

Upon cancellation, you may export your data for 30 days. After this grace period, all retrospective data, integration configurations, and team data are permanently deleted. We recommend exporting any important data before cancellation.

5. Service Downgrade

Downgrading from a paid plan to the free tier takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Features limited to paid plans will be restricted after the downgrade. Data exceeding free tier limits will be archived.

6. Payment Disputes

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, contact us within 30 days at team@letretro.com. We will investigate and resolve all billing inquiries promptly.
